When you purchase each of the Quantum Journey Training Kits above, you will download a Zipped Folder for each. To open a zipped folder, here is some information that may be helpful.

You download a ZIPPED folder that has the files in it.
On many windows computers, to "unzip" a zipped folder you first left click on the folder to highlight it, then rightclick on it to bring up a little menu of what to do with the folder. On my computer, it says "Extract All" which I select that in that little menu and an Extraction Window open to select a folder on my computer to load the extracted files into.
I would first make a Folder called "Downloaded Files" first on a hard disc on your computer before Extracting the folder and then LeftClick on the Zipped Folder to highlight it. Rightclick on the highlighted folder and then select the "Extract All" menu selection. The Extract window pops up. In that Extract window, I would click on the browse button and browse in my computer to the new Downloaded Files folder I just made and click OK to select that to Extract all of the files into. I then would click on the "EXTRACT" button and it extracts all of the files from that zipped folder into the new folder that I made.
